Behind the tablinum is a porticoed garden which is overlooked by the main room of the house.

On the right of the atrium, which also has a marble impluvium, is a cubiculum(bedroom). There are two more on the left-hand side with wooden beds in them and mosaic floors.
The tablinum(the dining room and lounge), situated at the rear of the atrium, was separated from it by the eponymous wooden partition (pictured below).
